Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products. We have exciting opportunities for college students to spend the summer with Wahl at our Global Headquarters in Sterling, Illinois.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct testing to evaluate product and package performance in a real-world environment
• Perform data analysis to find missing or inconsistent data or to find methods for improving and assuring data quality at the source
• Assist in preparation of documentation and specifications for packaging materials
• Use CAD software and lab resources to design test and prototype packaging designs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Current undergraduate or recent graduate
• Pursuing a degree in Package Science, Engineering, or related field
• Some knowledge of CAD applications, ArtiosCAD and Cape Pack preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to integrate and work within a highly collaborative and diverse group of individuals
• Strong Organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple ongoing projects
