Purpose of Job
Verify and maintain all coding on accounts for accurate and complete information. Verify and maintain all paperwork for accounts for accurate and complete information. Compare and verify changes to system/accounts
Validate and process instructions to electronically transfer the Bank's and/or customers' funds through ACH and wire transfer
Impact of the Job
If this job is done well, there is timely and efficient support to the commercial and retail divisions and quality customer service to both external and internal customers. This job relates to all areas of the bank at some time.
Routine Decisions Made
Decisions are routinely made regarding the correctness of account documentation.
Decisions are made regarding waiving service charges assessed to customers.
Nature of Internal Contacts
Daily contact with Deposit Operations employees due to work flow in the department. Contact with Customer Service department regarding missing or incorrect information. Contact with all other areas of the bank to assist with inquiries and problem resolution.
Nature of External Contacts
Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution. Assist other banks and non customers with inquiries.

Formal Education and Credentials
High school education. Minimum of 3 years work experience in banking operations; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Able and willing to travel to other locations/branches.
Able and willing to work required overtime.
