Credit & Collections Representative

Offering our customers complete pressroom solutions, Mark Andy consists of leading global brands including Mark Andy flexographic and digital hybrid printing presses, Rotoflex offline finishing systems and Mark Andy Print Products consumables and supplies.
This position will provide day-to-day credit and collection activities. Heavy customer and inter-departmental interaction is required. Overall objective is to ensure timely customer payments.
Review hourly credit hold report and release orders as necessary
Contact delinquent customer accounts via telephone, fax, statements and dunning letters
Handle incoming inquiries from customers
Handle internal calls regarding credit holds and account status
Investigate and resolve customer disputes
Assist in the monitoring of Press, Retrofit, and Parts Advance payments and release of pre-shipment holds
Customer account maintenance as needed
Maintain credit files for all active customers including credit applications and bank/trade references
Complete incoming trade reference requests
Responsible for maintaining customer credit lines and reviewing periodically
Maintain comments and call status in the Press Aging report
Attend weekly Customer Service CFT meetings to communicate collection issues
Miscellaneous job duties and projects as assigned
Microsoft Office Products
Oracle Financials experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High School degree
Some college and/or specialty training preferred
3years of direct accounting experience
