This position works closely with the marketing team; business units; sales; and service to develop and execute tactical marketing programs and activities. Responsible for development, administration and execution of timely, high quality, digital marketing, and demand generation programs. Other capabilities and responsibilities include:
Has an expert understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics, as well as digital marketing channels
Responsible for all top of funnel customer/prospect identification and campaign development
Responsible for developing and executing short- & long-term multi-channel campaigns to develop the sales pipeline
Monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns and programs
Measuring and analyzing digital campaign and marketing success
Identifying new markets and digital marketing tactics to encourage business growth
Manage coordination of outside Demand Generation vendors including agencies, consultants, and others to ensure projects are completed and quality and branding standards are met.
Responsible for monthly reviews of Demand Generation Programs with stakeholders
Responsible for budgeting, spending and financial controls over all Demand Generation Programs
Responsible for identifying, programing, and executing digital programs in support of Business Unit (P&L entities) market development needs (objective & trackable)
Responsible for working with Product Manager to create segmentation and personas for target markets
Identify, manage and be the expert for all marketing technologies related to customer acquisition and nurture including HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoom Webinar.
Manage implementation of new lead generation, scoring and routing processes globally
Drive team analytics and reporting strategy.
7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, execution, and measurement
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Prior experience in B2B and Global marketing
Proficient in marketing automation including HubSpot and/or Pardot
Proficient in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics
Proficient in CRM tools including Salesforce
Experience in all digital marketing channels ' particularly SEO and SEM, PPC, social media and email
Needs to be detail oriented with a proven track record of having executed and completed projects on time
Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional project teams preferred
Creative hands-on approach, with an Inclusive & developmental management style
Self-starter with ability to simultaneously organize and juggle a multitude of tasks, projects, and information
Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to thrive in a collaborative environment
Travel - 20%, some international

Manage all digital marketing and demand creation efforts globally
Facilitate and lead organization to embrace and grow digital marketing activities
Facilitate discussions, document well-conceived plans, provide thought leadership, build consensus across the organization, and influence key decision makers
Enhance team's problem-solving capabilities and leadership skills - prioritize areas for improvement; use data to drive decisions, demonstrate accountability
