Product Advisors ("PA") at Mark Andy serve at the front lines of our marketing and sales efforts. As a PA,
You will report directly into Marketing and work in sync with our Sales channel to prospect, identify qualified
leads, and generate awareness and interest in Mark Andy solutions. Must be driven, highly competitive
and eager to gain experience and advance their career in marketing and sales.
Conduct high-volume prospecting (50-75 activities per day) to qualify inbound leads generated by
marketing campaigns (website traffic and form submissions, email campaigns, events, social media, etc.)
and outbound initiatives.
Leverage marketing data and salesforce campaigns to engage with prospects, generating high margin
demand for Mark Andy products.
Educate new business prospects and marketing generated leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
Discuss, capture and define high-level business requirements of prospects over the phone.
Schedule opportunity-transfer appointments for Sales Managers within various corporate Business Units
Stay up to date on print industry trends and Mark Andy's portfolio of products and services to ensure
you're a trusted resource.
Chat online with website and Facebook visitors who are interested in learning more about Mark Andy.
Collaborate with Product Marketing teams on scripting and email strategy for targeted campaigns.
Support voice of customer (VOC) projects as assigned by Product Marketing teams
Complete Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports
0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, appointment-setting and/or marketing
4-year degree preferred, but not required
Experience with salesforce CRM
Ability to manage a queue of leads and multiple campaigns (inbound or outbound focused) simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to overcome objections and determine if there is a need for a Mark Andy product
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function of the position.
