This position is responsible for providing personalized service to members in order to attract, enhance and retain member relationships through the promotion of AGCU products and services.  The Member Care Representative will answer member inquiries via the phone, chat or video conferencing, assisting in the completion of member service requests for a wide variety of services or support.  They will answer and assist members, who are located around the world, in a professional and friendly manner while providing an outstanding customer service experience.

The position is part-time and hours of work are from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, for a total of 20 hours per week.

We're looking for people who enjoy helping others with their financial needs, who take ownership and responsibility and who follow through.  The perfect candidate will have 6 months of customer service experience in a financial institution's call center.  They will have excellent phone etiquette and outstanding communication skills, exceptional listening skills, be highly accurate and pay attention to detail.  They will be problem solvers who demonstrate a logical thought process and have excellent people skills.  They will also be dependable, diligent, team-oriented, patient and able to present features and benefits of products and services to members with varying needs.
