Description

We are looking to hire a Program Manager.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with youth and delivering exciting and engaging programming. They are a team player and self-starter with a high degree of independence, flexibility, self-motivation and creativity. The will have experience managing others and leading a successful team. The candidate will also be able to deliver evidence based programming.

This is a full time, non-exempt position. This is a year round position.

The pay rate ranges from $16 to $20 hourly based on qualifications and experience.

Qualified Candidates will have:

A high school diploma. An associate degree from an accredited college or university or BA/BS is preferred. A minimum of three years experience working with children in a group setting. Management experience preferred. Enthusiasm and patience for working with children and passion about education, health, character development and leadership.
