We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic professional with experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or other Customer facing roles to fill our open Account Team Manager. This person will be responsible for setting and upholding the standard of excellent customer service from the Account Manager Department. In order to be successful, the Account Team Manager must have a strong customer focus, 1-3 years experience managing people, and excellent planning and organizational skills. The Account Team Manager will be responsible for participating in afterhours duty which includes evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is currently on a once every four weeks rotation.
Travel less than 10%, but some overnight travel may be required
