Join a growing team!  FTL Finance is a St. Charles based specialty finance company.  We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic professional with experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or other Customer facing roles to fill our open Account Team Manager.  This person will be responsible for setting and upholding the standard of excellent customer service from the Account Manager Department. In order to be successful, the Account Team Manager must have a strong customer focus, 1-3 years experience managing people, and excellent planning and organizational skills.  At FTL Finance we work smart, have fun and are focused on hitting our goals-no suit or tie required.

What you should bring to the table:

  • 1-3 years of sales management experience: direct sales, retail sales, inside sales
  • Innate leadership skills and a positive attitude
  • Desire to help employee grow and succeed
  • Bachelors or Associates degree

  • Communicate organizations goals and objectives to Account Manager Team
  • Effectively manage the Account Manager Department while promoting and fostering a team environment
  • Hold all Account Managers accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service to contractors and providers
  • Hold AM team accountable for hitting company metrics and completing daily tasks
  • Identify opportunities to increase contractor participation and funding; collaborate with the Inside Sales Team and Field Team
  • Identify opportunities to improve use of SalesForce, data management, and organization of daily tasks
  • Drive sales and marketing messages through the Account Manager team
  • Provide training and support for all Account Managers
  • Communicate Account Team metrics and opportunities to Operations Manager

The Account Team Manager will be responsible for participating in afterhours duty which includes evenings from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.  This is currently on a once every four weeks rotation.

Travel less than 10%, but some overnight travel may be required
