Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment or to be invoiced
  • Keep track of all payments, invoices and other records that support payables processing
  • Pay vendors weekly by scheduling and ensuring payments are made, credits due are received, and responding timely to all vendor inquiries.
  • Work with Purchasing to ensure invoices paid agree to purchase order details and items received.
  • Review and manage customer orders placed on hold and recommend disposition of hold status
  • Assemble support and generate invoicing daily
  • Apply cash receipts daily
  • Keep schedules as needed of certain spend to vendors as needed
  • Support internal and external audit requests and deliverables
  • Implement process efficiencies wherever possible

What we require:

  • Honesty & Integrity
  • Can perform when pressed with quality and consistence while meeting schedule requirements
  • Attention to Detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft offices tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills / work well with others in an open environment in a team atmosphere
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Some knowledge of accounts payable and or accounts receivable in an ERP system is preferred but we are willing to train!
