Office Manager

Our employees are our #1 priority and we need a motivated Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our headquarters as we work to strengthen communities by designing, manufacturing, and selling beautiful outdoor site furnishings. Success in this role includes:

  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
  • Completing administrative support functions for the CEO, CFO, and VP of Marketing including scheduling travel and meetings and expense reporting
  • Managing the reception area to ensure effective internal and external telephone and mail communications
  • Planning and executing company morale events including the annual picnic and holiday party; creating and implementing additional events as desired by employees
  • Managing the office gym including attendance sheets, ordering equipment, and scheduling maintenance
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

  • Minimum of 1 Year Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Similar Role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications including Office and Excel
