Packaging Technical Writer

Position: Full time.

Tasks

• Increase the right first-time for completed batch record review.
• Communicate batch record errors to Crew Leads and Packagers
• Train Crew Leads on batch record review.
• Assist Packaging Department with Manufacturing Investigations
• Assist Packaging Department with Change Controls and CAPA development and closure.
• Assist Packaging Department with Document writing.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 4 years in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing experience
• 0 - 2 years of experience reviewing/correcting completed batch records.
• 0 - 2 years of experience with quality systems to include Change Control, Investigation/deviation, and CAPA

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

• Strong technical writing skills. Demonstrated knowledge of SOPs, Job Aids, one-point lessons, Flow diagrams
• Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can communicate with small and large groups.
• Able to collaborate between departments
• Strong understanding of Quality Documentation.
