This position is responsible for scheduling, planning, shipping/receiving, and inventory record adjustments and control. Responsible for supply chain compliance and performance.
Monitor trucking schedules and perform check-in/check-out procedures for all truck drivers. Document and investigate any materials issues communicated by customer. Communicate issues to appropriate WI personnel. Maintain various computerized reports, charts and graphs. Perform cycle counts as required. Analyze reports, measurements and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for continual improvement. Ensure timely receipt of materials to support the production schedule. Ensure accuracy of data in system including, location, quantity on hand, value, etc. Ensure all customer orders are shipped promptly, accurately and with all necessary documentation. Track meaningful departmental reports and metrics.

Education / Experience:
Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year International shipping experience.
Technical (hard) skills:
Experience with WMS systems (Priya) required. Strong computer skills; MS Office, Outlook
Critical (soft) skills:
Self-motivated, dependable, and honest. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Hours of Work and Supervision:
Full-time Typically Wednesday - Saturday
Position will work:
Wednesday 10:30pm - 7:00am
Thursday & Friday 6:00pm - 7:00am
Saturday 6:30pm - 12:30am
