Plan, direct, and coordinate the Receiving and Stockroom operations for Arizon Companies.  This position is responsible for an on time shipment / delivery, ensuring the shipping of a unit is properly communicated to all parties involved, the shipment is done correctly to minimize damage, and the information is accurate and timely.



  • Manage and organize stockroom materials per delivery schedules.
  • Receive and verify shipping materials against shipping invoices.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing and shipping products or materials.
  • Prepare or direct preparation of reports on inventory levels.
  • Inspect physical conditions of loading docks, forklifts and equipment and direct maintenance, repairs, or replacement.
  • Confer with department heads to coordinate stockroom, purchasing and loading activities.
  • Examine foods received for damage and correctness of the order.  Notify carrier immediately if there are discrepancy.
  • Assure all received goods and products are properly received, tagged and stored for ready access.
  • Review invoices, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments.
  • Schedule or monitor air or surface pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials.
  • Track and trace goods while they are in route to their destinations, expediting orders when necessary.
  • Examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transport.
  • Perform cycle counts on a regular basis and assure that the inventory value and counts are 99% accurate.
  • Reduce expediting / overnight fees for parts by 30%.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to stand for several hours at a time.
  • Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
  • Performs forklift duties of unloading products and storing away.


            Requires a Bachelor's degree




  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to operate a forklift and overhead crane
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in setting up and organizing a parts stockroom is highly desirable.
  • This is a fast paved environment where this position can go from helping to load a truck to analyzing inventory levels of stockroom parts all within a shift
  • Must have a can do, positive attitude and have the ability to thrive working in a fast paced team environment.
